Caribou, Nova Scotia , to: Wood Islands, PEI (July-Sept every 90min; May, June, Oct, Nov & early Dec every 3hr; no service from late Dec to April; 1hr 15min). Ferries operate on a first-come, first-served basis, and queues are common in high season. North Sydney, Nova Scotia , to: Argentia, Newfoundland (late June to early Sept 2-3 weekly; mid-Sept to mid-Oct 1 weekly; 14hr); Channel-Port-aux-Basques, Newfoundland (June-Oct 1-2 daily; 6hr). Saint John, New Brunswick , to: Digby, Nova Scotia (Jan to late June & mid-Oct to Dec 1-2 daily; late June to mid-Oct 2-3 daily; 3hr). Yarmouth to: Bar Harbour, Maine by high-speed catamaran (June to late Oct 1 daily; 3hr); Portland, Maine (May to late Oct 1 daily; 11hr).
