Imperial Egypt

Welcome to Imperial Egypt. We specialise in tours in all the major areas of this amazing country, Cairo, Luxor, Aswan, and Hurghada.

Why would you want to visit a land that is just full of sand? Sand, yes, but also let’s not forget Egypt's awe-inspiring monuments, left by the pharaohs, Greeks and Romans as well as by early Christians and Muslims. Monuments that attract thousands of visitors every year and of course the odd film crew that have made epics such as Ice Cold in Alexandria, Lawrence of Arabia, and the magnificent TV series and film Stargate, they have all used locations in this beautiful country. Yet the pyramids, temples, tombs, monasteries and mosques are just part of Egypt's fascination.

In the gargantuan city of Cairo the sound of the muezzin summoning the faithful to prayer competes with pop music and the screech of car horns and everywhere there are people swathed in long flowing robes or western-style clothes, hanging from buses, weaving through the daily obstacle course of animals and traffic. Then travel on to the relaxing resort of Hurghada to chill out, relax, soak up the sun, sea, and of course sand!!!

The best time to visit Egypt depends on where you want to go. When visiting Upper Egypt, winter is easily the most comfortable time. June to August is unbearable in Upper Egypt, with daytime temperatures soaring up to 104°F (40°C). The happiest compromise for an all-Egypt trip is to visit in spring (March to May) or autumn (October - November).

We promise you the best of service on the best of tours at the best of prices. Contact us after you have browsed our tours and selected the one that suits you and your itinerary the best. You will not be disappointed by us or by Imperial Egypt.
