hopital , ospedale ) has some kind of 24-hour service, although you will have to pay hefty medical bills upfront and claim expenses back later; make sure you keep full receipts and doctors' reports. Every district has a rota system whereby one local pharmacy ( Apotheke , pharmacie , farmacia ) stays open outside normal shopping hours.
