Tenerife Communications and The Media

Communications and The Media

Both Tenerife and La Gomera have a well-developed communications network. Ubiquitous phone booths and the presence of Internet cafes in all major towns and resorts compensate for the rather slow postal service. Regular deliveries of international newspapers also mean that you need never lose touch with news abroad, while a number of Canarian and expatriate-run papers can keep you abreast of local issues
