Exchange All banks and post offices exchange currency and cash travellers' cheques at comparable rates. Outside of normal banking and post office hours the best bets are the 24hr ATMs or the exchange office at Oslo S (Mon-Fri 7am-7pm, Sat & Sun 8am-5pm). There are also 24hr exchange facilities at the airport.
