Post offices are open Mon-Fri 9am-noon & 1.30-5pm. Some open Saturday mornings, too. Many public phones only take phonecards which are available from newsagents and post offices. There are no area phone codes in Luxembourg. The international operator number is 0010, and they handle collect calls. Mobile phone usage is widespread. The networks are LuxGSM and Tango. Internet access is extremely limited.
