West of the Bann estuary, the remaining northern coastline of County Derry sees relatively few visitors, but makes a pleasant detour. There are marvellous beaches here all the way from Castlerock to Magilligan Point and stunning views from the cliffside Mussenden Temple and around Binevenagh Mountain. Inland, Limavady retains a few relics of Georgian times.
