Site Opening Hours
Summer opening hours for the sites and museums in the Peloponnese are included with some trepidation. They are notorious for changing without notice, from one season to another, or from one week to the next due to staff shortages. To increase the chances of admission, it's best to visit between 9am and 2pm, and to be wary of Monday, when most museums and sites close for the whole day. Finally, always be prepared with alternative plans for the day you arrive at a site which, despite the opening hours clearly stated on the gate in front of you, is firmly closed
