Ferries
St-Malo : Brittany Ferries (tel 02.99.40.64.01, www.brittanyferries.co.uk ) to Portsmouth (1 daily mid-March to mid-Nov, otherwise less frequently; 9hr) and Plymouth (1 weekly mid-Nov to mid-March; 8hr). Regular ferries to Dinard (10min) in season, operated by Emeraude Lines (tel 02.23.18.15.15, www.emeraudelines.com ), which also sail to Dinan up the River Rance, and along the Brittany coast to Cap Frehel and Ile Cezembre (May-Sept). They also go to Jersey, to Guernsey (April-Oct), and Sark (April-Sept), and to the Iles Chausey in Normandy. Condor Ferries (tel 02.99.20.03.00, www.condorferries.co.uk ) runs services to Poole (May-Oct; 1 daily; 5hr), Weymouth (May-Oct; 1 daily; 5hr), Jersey (4 daily April-Sept, 2 daily Oct, 1 daily second half of March and first half of Nov), Guernsey (2 daily April-Oct, 1 daily second half of March and first half of Nov) and Sark (daily April-Oct). Roscoff : Brittany Ferries to Plymouth (6hr) & Cork (13-17hr).
