Arrival and Information
Train services stopping at the Koprivshtitsa halt are met by a bus (1Lv/US$0.50) that ferries you the 12km south to the town itself. The times of buses back to the train-halt are posted in the rarely staffed bus station , 200m south of the main square. There's a daily Sofia-Koprivshtitsa minibus from the bus park opposite the central station (currently leaving at 4pm), but bus connections with other towns are unreliable. There are usually several daily services from Srednogorie and once-daily services from Plovdiv and Panagyurishte, but don't stake your life on it. You can cash travellers' cheques at the bank opposite the market (Mon-Fri 9am-3pm).
