San Pedro Sula Tela to: El Progreso (every 30min; 1hr 30min); La Ceiba (every 30min; 2hr). Trujillo to: La Ceiba (12 daily until 4pm; 4hr); San Pedro Sula (5 daily until 2pm; 6hr); Tegucigalpa via San Esteban and Juticalpa (1 daily at 4am; 10hr).
