Airlines Tickets for Sosa and Rollins, covering domestic routes in Honduras, can be purchased in the captain's office by the dock. Banks Banco Atlantida and Bancahsa, both close to the dock, change money and offer cash advances on Visa cards (Mon-Fri 8-11.30am & 1.30-4pm, Sat 8-11.30am); at other times try Henderson's store, just to the west. Bicycles can be rented for around $5 a day from Delco, just west of the dock, or from the Mango Cafe . Books The Bundu Cafe , on the main street, east of the dock, has a book exchange. Doctor The Community Medical Center is two minutes west of the dock (Mon-Fri 8am-noon). Immigration office Next to Hondutel in Sandy Bay (Mon-Fri 9am-noon & 2-4.30pm). Internet access Two minutes west of the dock, Bay Island Computer Services offers Internet access for $12 an hour, plus discounted international calls. Port office In the large building at the main dock (Mon-Fri 8.30am-noon & 2-5pm, Sat 8.30am-noon). Post office In the large building at the main dock (Mon-Fri 9am-noon & 2-4.30pm, Sat 9-11.30am). Telephones The best rates for international calls are at Bay Island Computer Services (see "Internet access", above) and the Reef Cinema. Avoid the Hondutel office, next to the migracion , where the rates are extortionate. Travel agents Tropical Travel and Utila Tour Travel Center, both east of the dock on the airstrip road, can confirm and book flights to La Ceiba and elsewhere in Central America.
