Eating, Drinking and Entertainment
Despite its role as the country's economic centre, Guatemala City isn't a great place for indulging in hedonistic pleasures. Most of the population hurry home after dark and it's only the very rich who eat, drink and dance until the small hours. There are, however, restaurants everywhere in the city, invariably reflecting the type of neighbourhood they're in. Movie-watching is also popular and there is a good selection of cinemas . Nightclubs and bars are concentrated in Zona 10.
