El Estor to: Coban (10 daily, 8hr); Guatemala City (3 daily, 6hr); Rio Dulce (12 daily, 1hr 15 min). Esquipulas to: Aguacaliente for Honduras (every 30min; 30min) and El Salvador (1hr); Chiquimula (minibuses every 15min; 1hr); Guatemala City (hourly 2am-6pm; 4hr); Puerto Barrios (4 daily, 4hr). Puerto Barrios to: Chiquimula (10 daily; 3hr); Esquipulas (4 daily; 4hr); Entre Rios for Honduras border (15 daily; 1hr); Guatemala City (19 daily; 5hr), passing Quirigua (1hr 30min).
