Flights to both islands connect in Antigua, St Croix, St Martin and San Juan, the most common stopover from the US and Canada. There are no flights from Australasia.

Cruise liners regularly berth in Basseterre.

When leaving St Kitts and Nevis, you'll need to pay a departure tax of US$16.50.
