Getting There and Getting Around
Getting around the south coast is a breeze. Buses and minibuses run from Bridgetown as far as Sam Lord's Castle , passing through most of the tourist zones on the coast, while route taxis go as far as Silver Sands. Service stops around midnight, so you'll need a car or a private taxi after that. Getting here from the west coast is a little harder - buses run between Speightstown and Oistins, usually bypassing Bridgetown, though they're less frequent than the ones that ply the south coast. If you're driving, Highway 7 runs along the coast between Bridgetown and Oistins, from where it doglegs up past the airport and on to Crane Bay and Sam Lord's Castle .
