A small outfit that runs tours of the Kathmandu Valley, Nagarkot, Dhulikhel/Namobuddha, Daman and the Tarai. Older equipment. Dawn Till Dusk , Thamel Northwest, in the forecourt of the Kathmandu Guest House (tel 418286; info@frontier.wlink.com.np). Kathmandu Valley backroads, Nagarkot, Dhulikhel/Namobuddha, customized off-road itineraries. Good bikes and repair facilities. Sonam, the owner, is an old hand who embodies the spirit of mountain-biking in Nepal. Himalayan Mountain Bikes , Thamel Northwest (tel 419295; info@hmb.wlink.com.np). Nepal's original mountain-bike operator, with the most highly developed range of itineraries: Namobuddha, Nagarkot, Daman back route, Kathmandu Valley single tracks, Daman, western Tarai, Lhasa to Kathmandu; also Ladakh, Sikkim, Bhutan. Good equipment and repair shop.
Can you help...?Me says "I have never been to Kathmandu in my life... but does anyone know any kind of websites that might help about the basic knowledge of it? I'm doing a report on it and everything I search for is off-topic or has to do with tours and vacations and stuff. SO HELP ME!!!!!!!"
