I was there last month with my wife and our 2 young kids. They stuck us in a room with bed bugs and faucets which fall apart with the slightest touch. My daughter had a swollen face from bed bug bites! Tap water had heavy brown tinge.Charged us more than what was stated in their rates as I later found out. RM100 for a couple of bunker beds isn't exactly budget considering the decrepit facilities. As a Malaysian, I am ashamed of the way these place is run. I wouldn't recommend it to backpackers or families seeking budget accommodation.
