For a relatively small city, Kochi has an awful lot of pachinko parlours and amusement arcades. If these forms of entertainment don't thrill, head for one of the several cinemas along the Obiya-machi arcade or Dechan-dori, which sometimes show English-language films, or try your hand at ten-pin bowling at Bowl Jumbo beside the Enokuchi-gawa. There's sometimes live music at Mephistopheles and BB Cafe Hall . Also check with tourist information to see whether there are any cultural performances happening out at the Museum of Art.
