Eating and Drinking
Influenced by Russian cuisine, local cooking is characterized by a heavy use of garlic and a lot of potato. Expensive regional specialities include bear paw and deer muzzle, available in the upmarket hotels. Staying away from the delicacies, however, food in Harbin is good value. At the fast food end, there are five KFC s in the city, two of which are located on Zhongyang Dajie.
